Bright living under the roof

Large sliding roof windows allow plenty of natural daylight to flow into the attic room. In addition, they often offer an impressive, limitless view and can be installed at ground level as outlets to balconies and roof terraces.
Sunshine’s OpenAir sliding roof windows consist of up to 3 wings that can be moved upwards and are driven by an electric motor. With these, window sizes of up to 4×12 meters can be realized.

A very good thermal insulation, the simple handling and the extensive equipment underline the feel-good ambience under the roof.
The housing reserve lies in many older houses under the roof. If you want to convert your attic into a space where you feel comfortable in the sky, you should pay attention to plenty of light, i.e. large window areas, right from the start. This also applies, of course, if the top floor of a new building is designed as living space from the very beginning.

Especially a lot of natural daylight can flow through large sliding roof windows into the rooms. Not to be despised is also the impressive, boundless view. After all, attics are often so high up that they tower above gardens, trees and neighbouring buildings. Large glass surfaces allow the eye to wander to the horizon. If the “Openair” sliding roof windows from Sunhine are installed at floor level, they can simultaneously serve as outlets to balconies and roof terraces; an additional door is not required. Very good thermal insulation, easy handling and the extensive equipment with external awning, sun protection and “active glass” underline the feel-good ambience under the roof.

No one has to fear a construction site that lasts for days: A simple and quick assembly of the Sunshine windows is guaranteed within one day. Once installed, the self-cleaning functional glasses ensure a permanently clear view – without any time-consuming cleaning operations. All too great summer heat can be counteracted with ingenious external shading. And if rain clouds brew or there is a threat of heavy rain, the panorama front closes automatically thanks to automatic control.
