Panorama sliding roof windows for modern Swiss citizens

The luxury rental apartment complex Rigi Residence in Küssacht am Rigi (Lake Lucerne / Switzerland) is characterized by style and elegance. The residence has a breathtaking view. Indoor and outdoor pools, gym, sauna and billiard rooms. Luxury bathrooms and gourmet kitchens are just as much a part of the attic as Sunshine Panorama sliding windows.

The generous view of Küssnacht, the lake and the Rigi mountain ridge gives the attic apartment a terrace feeling. The legendary heroes Wilhelm Tell and Sohn would certainly have liked it, especially since the window is also equipped with purposeful, useful technology.

The roof window not only protects against all weather hazards such as snow, hail and storms but is also excellently thermally insulated.

The thermal insulation corresponds in approximately a 40 cm thick brick wall and even in the winter a “cold radiation” is not noticeable. The heat-reflecting coating of the 3-fold glass ensures comfort at any time of the year. The external roller shutters serve as sun protection and, if required, as darkening.

Extensive equipment for comfort and sun protection

The opening and closing of both sliding leaves is normally done manually and is “child’s play” due to the ball bearings. In this case, they have allowed themselves a little more comfort and equipped the window with an electric drive.

The highlight is the electronic control of the electric drives. It reacts by means of temperature, sun, rain and wind sensors and opens and closes the window fully automatically. The device is equipped with a colour screen which shows the status of the drives and the current weather conditions. A user-friendly handling allows also the layman a comfortable adjustment and readjustment to changed requirements.
